This page describes the software license that governs your use of the AllReserve platform, provides acknowledgment of the open-source software that powers our product, and outlines our trademark notice. We are grateful to the open-source community whose work makes AllReserve possible.

1. AllReserve Software License

The AllReserve platform — including its web application, mobile applications, APIs, design assets, and all software components created by AllReserve Inc. — is proprietary software. All rights are reserved by AllReserve Inc. unless otherwise expressly stated.

Subject to your agreement with and ongoing compliance with our Terms of Service, AllReserve Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the AllReserve platform solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform or any part thereof
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the platform
  • Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the platform to any third party
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks displayed within the platform
  • Use the platform or its components to build a competing product or service

Any use of the AllReserve platform beyond the scope of this license requires the prior written consent of AllReserve Inc.. Unauthorized use may violate copyright law, trademark law, and other applicable regulations.

2. Open Source Acknowledgments

AllReserve is built with and relies on a number of outstanding open-source software packages. We are thankful to the maintainers and contributors of these projects for their dedication to the open-source ecosystem. The following is a non-exhaustive list of key libraries used in our platform:

React

The AllReserve web and mobile interfaces are built using React, a JavaScript library for building user interfaces developed and maintained by Meta and the open-source community. React is licensed under the MIT License. Copyright © Meta Platforms, Inc. and affiliates.

Next.js

Our web application is powered by Next.js, a React framework for production developed and maintained by Vercel. Next.js is licensed under the MIT License. Copyright © Vercel, Inc.

Expo

Our mobile application is built with Expo, an open-source platform for building universal native apps with React. Expo is licensed under the MIT License. Copyright © Expo, Inc.

Tailwind CSS

Our user interface styling is built with Tailwind CSS, a utility-first CSS framework developed and maintained by Tailwind Labs. Tailwind CSS is licensed under the MIT License. Copyright © Tailwind Labs, Inc.

Convex

Our backend infrastructure is powered by Convex, a full-stack cloud platform for application backends developed and maintained by Convex, Inc. Additional Open Source Packages

AllReserve also incorporates many other open-source packages and libraries, including but not limited to TypeScript, Node.js, Zustand, React Navigation, and various community-developed tools and utilities. Each of these packages is used in accordance with its respective license terms.

3. Third-Party Services

The AllReserve platform integrates with a number of third-party services to provide a complete product experience. Use of these integrated services is subject to the respective terms and policies of each provider. Key third-party services include:

  • Payment processing — we use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. Payment data is processed directly by these providers and is subject to their privacy policies and terms of service. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.
  • Mapping and location services — location features within the platform may be powered by third-party mapping providers. Use of these features is subject to the mapping provider's terms of service.
  • Analytics services — we use third-party analytics tools to understand how users interact with our platform and to improve our services. Analytics data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the analytics provider's own policies.
  • Communication services — email delivery, push notifications, and SMS messaging may be facilitated by third-party communication infrastructure providers.
  • Cloud infrastructure — the platform is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure services that provide the underlying computing, storage, and networking resources for our application.

AllReserve is not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of any third-party service. By using the AllReserve platform, you acknowledge that your use of integrated third-party services is subject to those providers' own terms and conditions.

4. Trademark Notice

“AllReserve”, “AllReserve”, the AllReserve logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks and trade dress of AllReserve Inc.. These marks are protected under applicable trademark law.

You may not use the AllReserve name, logo, or any confusingly similar marks without the prior written permission of AllReserve Inc.. Specifically, you must not:

  • Use our trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with AllReserve
  • Use our trademarks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, mistake, or deception as to affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by AllReserve
  • Register any domain name, social media handle, or business name that incorporates our trademarks or any confusingly similar variation
  • Use our trademarks in a way that disparages or tarnishes the AllReserve brand

Fair use of AllReserve trademarks — such as referring to AllReserve in an editorial, journalistic, or informational context — is permitted provided such use does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by AllReserve Inc..
