Welcome to AllReserve. These Terms of Service govern your use of the AllReserve platform and services operated by AllReserve Inc.. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the AllReserve platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case “you” refers to that entity. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

AllReserve is an all-in-one booking platform that enables businesses and individuals to manage reservations, appointments, and access to spaces, events, services, and memberships. The Service includes:

  • Space reservations — book meeting rooms, studios, venues, and other physical locations
  • Event ticketing — discover, register for, and attend events hosted by businesses and independent organizers
  • Service appointments — schedule appointments with service providers such as salons, fitness professionals, and consultants
  • Membership management — subscribe to recurring memberships offered by participating businesses
  • Business tools — for operators, a suite of tools to manage availability, clients, payments, and growth analytics

AllReserve Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
  • Keep your password confidential and not share access credentials with any third party
  • Notify us immediately at support@allreserve.in if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not impersonate another person or entity, use a name that is not your own, or create an account on behalf of someone else without their express authorization. AllReserve Inc. reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. Booking & Reservations

When you make a booking through AllReserve, you are entering into a direct agreement with the business or service provider hosting that listing. AllReserve facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the underlying service agreement between you and the provider.

Booking confirmations are subject to provider availability and may be declined or cancelled by the provider in accordance with their own policies. You agree to review the provider's specific terms, house rules, and cancellation policies before completing a booking.AllReserve displays these policies on each listing page and is not responsible for enforcing provider-specific rules.

Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy set by each individual provider. Some bookings may be non-refundable. Where a provider permits cancellation, you must initiate it through the platform within the time window specified in their policy to be eligible for a refund.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments for bookings are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amounts for confirmed bookings, including any applicable taxes and fees disclosed at checkout.

All prices displayed on the platform are in the currency indicated at checkout. AllReserve may charge a service fee in addition to the provider's listed price. This fee will be clearly disclosed before you complete a booking.

Refunds are issued in accordance with the cancellation policy of the relevant provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us at support@allreserve.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

6. User Content

The Service allows you to submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available content such as reviews, photos, messages, and profile information (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant AllReserve Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content; (b) the content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party; and (c) the content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

AllReserve Inc. reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice and without liability to you.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including making fake bookings, submitting false reviews, or misrepresenting your identity
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or any form of automated bulk communication
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network associated with the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service using automated means without our express written permission
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Post or share content that is obscene, harmful to minors, or otherwise objectionable
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

8. Intellectual Property

The AllReserve platform, including its design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all content produced by AllReserve Inc. (collectively, the “Platform IP”), is owned by or licensed to AllReserve Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

“AllReserve” and “AllReserve” are trademarks of AllReserve Inc.. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform IP except the limited right to use the Service as expressly permitted herein.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLRESERVE INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ALLRESERVE INC. IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

AllReserve Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by visiting your account settings or by submitting a deletion request at allreserve.in/delete. Following account deletion, we will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including but not limited to Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to Terms

AllReserve Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a prominent notice within the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
