1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AllReserve (the “Platform”) — whether through our website or mobile applications — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using AllReserve on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation Policy, our Community Standards, and our Hosting Guidelines. Continued use of the Platform after a material update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Account Registration
To make or accept bookings you must create an account. We support sign-in by one-time password to a verified mobile number or email address, by passkey, and through Google and Apple sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for every action taken on the Platform under them.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information at signup and keep it updated.
- Do not share, transfer, or sell access to your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access by writing to security@allreserve.in.
- Hosts must complete identity and business verification (including PAN, GSTIN where applicable, and a bank account in your or your business's legal name) before receiving payouts.
3. Bookings & Confirmations
A booking is a contractual reservation between you (as Guest) and the Host of the listed event, space, class, pass, or service. AllReserve acts as a technology intermediary that facilitates the booking and payment flow under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, and as a marketplace e-commerce entity under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. We are not the host, owner, or operator of any listed inventory.
A confirmed booking becomes binding once the Host accepts it and any required payment has been captured. Until then, the slot is provisional and may be reassigned. Where a Host has enabled automatic acceptance, eligible bookings are confirmed without manual review.
4. Payments & Service Fees
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where online payment is available, we collect it through our licensed payment partner, Razorpay, which supports methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. Razorpay processes and tokenises payment instrument details; AllReserve does not store full card or bank numbers.
Many listings also support offline (“pay at venue”) bookings. For an offline booking you pay the Host directly, AllReserve does not process the payment, and our service fee and the associated GST do not apply.
- For online (paid) bookings, we display the booking subtotal, our service fee, applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), and any host-set add-ons separately at checkout before you pay.
- A Guest service fee (currently 5% of the booking subtotal) and GST on that fee at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) apply to online paid bookings. Free RSVPs do not attract a service fee.
- Host payouts are made net of applicable payment-processing charges.
- GST on the underlying inventory, and any other tax on the booking, is the Host's responsibility where applicable.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by the cancellation policy displayed on the individual listing — Flexible, Moderate, Strict, or Non-refundable. Where a booking was paid online, approved refunds are returned to the original payment instrument, subject to your bank's clearing cycle. Offline bookings are refunded directly by the Host.
6. Host Obligations
Hosts agree to operate inventory in compliance with all applicable laws — including the Shops & Establishments Act, FSSAI for food and beverage, the Cinematograph Act for screenings, local fire and safety codes, and any state-specific licences. AllReserve does not verify regulatory compliance; that responsibility lies with the Host.
- Maintain accurate listings (capacity, amenities, accessibility, photos).
- Respond to guest enquiries promptly.
- Honour every confirmed booking. Repeated or last-minute host-initiated cancellations may incur a platform penalty and affect your standing on the Platform.
- Keep accurate tax records and remit GST and TDS where applicable.
- Comply with our Hosting Guidelines.
7. Guest Obligations
Guests agree to treat hosts, staff, and property with respect; to follow each listing's published House Rules; to not exceed stated capacity; and to use the Platform only for personal, lawful, and non-commercial reservation activity unless otherwise contracted.
- Arrive on time and notify the Host if you will be more than 15 minutes late.
- Carry a valid government-issued photo ID where the listing or law requires it.
- Do not record, photograph, or livestream other guests without their consent.
- Reimburse the Host for any verified damage caused during your booking.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use AllReserve to engage in unlawful activity, infringe the rights of others, post content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing, attempt to circumvent payment flows by transacting off-platform, scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform, or interfere with its operation. Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending payouts, and reporting to law enforcement.
9. Intellectual Property
AllReserve, the AllReserve logo, and all associated marks, designs, and software are the property of Aluum Media Private Limited and are protected under the Trade Marks Act 1999, the Copyright Act 1957, and the Designs Act 2000. You retain ownership of any content you upload (listings, photos, reviews) but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, translate, and promote that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AllReserve's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) ₹10,000 or (b) the total service fees paid by you to AllReserve in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any listing, and our role as an intermediary excludes us from liability for the underlying booking experience save where mandated by the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
11. Dispute Resolution
Most disputes can be resolved through our in-app support and grievance channels. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to mediation in accordance with the Mediation Act 2023. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be referred to binding arbitration seated in Haryana under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, before a sole arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 11, the courts at Bahadurgarh, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from these Terms.
13. Users Outside India
AllReserve is operated from India and is intended primarily for users and listings in India. If you access the Platform from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Some features, payment methods, and listings may be unavailable in your location. Regardless of where you access the Platform, these Terms are governed by Indian law and the dispute- resolution and jurisdiction provisions above apply. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our services. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email and an in-app notice. Non-material changes (typo fixes, link rewrites) may take effect immediately. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
