If someone is in danger or there's an immediate threat to safety, call 112 — India's national emergency number — before reporting here. AllReserve can't dispatch emergency services. Once everyone is safe, come back and tell us what happened.
You felt unsafe, threatened or harassed by a host, guest or anyone connected to a booking.
Someone asked you to pay outside AllReserve, sent a suspicious link, or a listing looks like a scam.
A listing has wrong details, misleading photos, or content that breaks our guidelines.
A charge looks wrong, a refund is late, or you can't reconcile what you paid against your booking.
Something is broken — a page won't load, a button does nothing, or the app is misbehaving.
Report someone's conduct or profile. You can also tap “Report” directly on any profile or listing in the app.
You'll get a confirmation within 24 hours so you know your report reached a human and is in the queue.
Our team categorises the report by severity. Anything involving safety or fraud is prioritised ahead of everything else.
We review the booking, messages and account history, and may reach out to you or the other party for more detail.
We take action — a warning, removal, refund or escalation — and tell you the outcome, within the limits of others' privacy.
