Read the House RulesIf a host cancels your confirmed booking, you get a 100% refund regardless of the listing's standard policy — plus an apology credit of ₹500 (or 10% of the booking value, whichever is higher, up to ₹5,000) toward your next booking.
If the space, capacity, or core amenities materially differ from what was advertised, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of check-in. We review the evidence and make it right.
If a host fails to deliver the experience and is unreachable for 30 minutes after the agreed start time, you're covered for a full refund. No chasing, no back-and-forth.
Claims involving injury, harassment, or unsafe conditions are escalated to our Trust & Safety team and settled within 7 business days. Serious incidents get priority handling.
